as much as i know, the devs decided due to the whole spam to deactivate the perms to publish on Jinx and thats why seph do not upload the review
then..how we can read the side stories, since the devs deactivated the terms of publish-?
That's BS, I can see the upload button and tried to upload smt (obvs didn't do it all the way), it works. What may be true however is that devs are putting new chapters in this story under review.
