He is so invested in the story that he canât and wonât tolerate the ending, but he canât just rewrite it himself. So thats how she gets leverage to make him stop trying to kill her. She rewrites the ending so itâs suitable to his expectations/ or continues the story(i think both but i canât remember) = he wonât try to fix the heart error aka kill her
