I'm pissed off at the shallow way the author is treating the issues between them, with Minato constantly self-soothing and Shizuma doing nothing to change from his past mistakes.
Saying "but you could have told me how you felt" sounds a lot like missing missing reasons, because Minato HAS BEEN telling Shizuma he's insecure and unhappy, what else does he need to tell you?
