No, in the novel she doesn't know until her father hints at it but she suspects it....they changed some things and not in a good way...there never was the childhood thing with the sprout...and it will be later with a "prophetie" between the four traitors high priest that they will discover her month of birth and her hair color eyes etc ...Setia (old saint) just gave the eyes color in the novel iirc, and even with the clues about the real Saint features, Lavienne will find out the truth just before being too late to do anything about it...ah! She also had Esther blood drawn (i dont spoil how and if it works) to verify if it was her by her paladin, kalik?kalid...?
