honestly can’t really pick sides here she has a right to be angry at him she tried to communicate many times and didn’t care that he had scars or anything he also rarely ever talked to her out of the 6 years to the point a dog was the most important thing in her life and only happiness. And for him he probably felt insecure with himself and thought it would be best to stay away from her.
