I am not 100% sure but I think that prostitute liked how that big guy behaved and what he said so prostitute wanted to make him happy. Also she probably knew that that leader will come to see them and wanted to show that the leader is not special and this male prostitute can be satisfied with sex with anyone. That leader probably thought he was special and that male prostitute can show "sexy faces" only with him so he sent his subordinate to check it and found that male prostitute can be with anyone. or something like. I am not sure myself.
