I think why Seungmin doesn't want the issue to be resolved or his name to be clear is it something would come to light. This is my theory regaeding to the incident. Aince Ah In Yeon clothes is already no in her that mdans she is already assaulted. Being assaulted and would have been assaulted have big difference. If you're an artist and you're being assaulted especially by an investor then wouldn't her image break more? And i gues the reason Seungmin why he doesn't want it to resolved is to protect Ah In Yeon chasity. Maybe Ah In Yeon did something that could make Seungmin protect him to the point that he isn't talking about it. Maybe he is repaying a some kind of favor. That's what i see from all of this chapters.
