It gets to a point...I can try and decipher what the translations mean in my head but at a certain point you really gotta get a proofreader or something...
Tokiko didn't give a fuck about her daughters and for that she's already irredeemable. It's a pet peeve of mine when it comes to manga. Characters are all too forgiving of bad people, they give them too much leeway and benefit of the doubt. I hateeeeee that the story gave her a reason to hate Yako as something beyond her control. At that point she wasn't even actively being controlled by Nurarihyon when she started abusing Yako.
The story should also have put emphasis on Tokiko's neglect of her daughters. Also Seichirou should have DIED idc
What does he mean "bloodlust"? Like does he have a voice in his head that tells him to kill Ria? Is it bloodlust from anger at the almost fatal poisoning of his mother? What is it?
He is angry at the head maid. He was suppressing the urge for violence when he stumbled upon Ria while he was in a hurry to cause harm to the head maid. He confirmed it by saying he'd rather have Ria feel a little disappointed than scare her.
