well damn! hotaru died! LMAO anyways idk if it was the intention of the mangaka or my dumbass got confused (think its the former) but i love when a story has the reader fooled as well. like the mc, i end up feeling relived when i misunderstood too lmaooo cause tell me why i felt pained when i thot he was dating the friend like that rlly got me to like this story i was like damnnnn i been made a fool and i loved that like gimme some angst and when i read back and realized they werent dating and that it was probably intended to make us think they were i was like DAMN and i ate it up. idk but smth about that sold this story for me and i ended up liking it more than i expected LOL i didnt know what i was expecting cause i didnt know shite about the story but welp that was fun

interesting how they’re touching up on the part where sees him as the finley he knew rather than the adult he is

ahhh this was the fifth and final manga here from this mangaka and now i can safely say this is one of my favorite mangakas. such nice art and clear stories. this story was pretty cute if we ignore that the stalkee in the eyes of literally Anyone would look like a stalker too with those posters lloll anwyays cute cp. nothing too pazaz for me personally like i prefer the other stories this would prob be ranked in the lower half from this mangaka’s works but that’s not to say i didnt like it. in fact i rlly did to the point where this one sold me on deciding i like this mangaka. it’s just whats not to like like these are some pretty enjoyable mangas literally ALL of them

aww this was quite the sad story considering lin che’s bg and literally him not being able to catch a break like he lost an eye!! lowk such a bittersweet ending cause they’ll always kinda have to be on the run but i’m just gonna believe they encounter no issues. anyways this is the 4th manga i’ve read by this mangaka! like there’s one left then i’ll have read them all!! i acc rlly loved this one and all its angst. like i was actually never gonna end up reading this one iircc cause i read a comment that made it seem like the ending was sad and it scared me away lol but considering i wanted to read the other manga i havent read i thot hey maybe i’ll read this one first to get the sadness outta the way and now i think this is easily top 3 of this mangagka’s work but honestly as i’m thinking about it

like the tler said it’s nothing new but it was still pretty cute. and rlly for me these kinds of childhood friends to lovers, unrequited love turning out not to be are best short because this combo never goes well in the long run in my personal opinion. it brings room for frustration so i liked it short and simple. tho i do get it being so short doesnt rlly give room for attachments like idc about the side characters rlly but nonetheless cute

honestly i had my qualms with it heavily in the beginning especially. it all started all wrong like i get the premise but mans went along with it all the wrong way. it was only once they got together that i began to forget the beginning and all the of it. dont get me wrong i still criticize it heavily for that but jaehyeong seemed to have gotten better…. so hmm alright ig.. also i’m curious about the cousin, it was mentioned i think his story was the og but author decided to do this one first bc apparently it’s more lighthearted and now i’m starting to fear what the cousin’s story will consist of.. i saw the deacriptions in the author’s note and i’m just saying i’ll probably have a hard time liking it which sux cause i was interested in lee seon and his partners story but by the looks of it… hmm idk
