It's not his secret to tell. Someone just told Naoto something in confidence and he was right that he shouldn't talk about it to Hazuki even if they're partners.
Plus, it's not that Naoto didn't know that Hazuki was being insecure, he even realized it right away at that moment. It's that he's not catering to and tolerating Hazuki's possessive and controlling bs anymore, especially when he brought up Naoto's past trauma in the argument just to prove his point (a misguided one tho lol). Sure it was said in the heat of the moment, but it was uncalled for and a low blow.
