The idea of the story was great.... I just don't know about the execution, they went on a whole 360. There's elements that I like where the first chapter was indicating that Jun is the one who messed up their relationship then few chapters later it was actually Isshin! I also really like the art solid 10/10. It's just the whole thing is screaming Stockholm Syndrome ft. Yandere, it's not a bad Idea for a story but I wish there was more in dept understanding of the characters and character development, cuz i read the whole thing and not only did they not get a character development but the way they were portrayed was so scripted that I already know by chapter 2 how the story was going to end.

Personally love the positivity that this FL has, although she always gets stepped on she doesn't let it ruin her self esteem and just keeps pushing through I do hope that there will be an arc where kill them with kindness is not an option but then again this is a slice of life and people their age are not really that evil and have their own back stories to tell (=・ω・=)

It was shown she was a woman when she was first introduced (ch 150-152). The daughter of Shen (i genuinely can't remember her name) calls Fred Ms. and with her pronouns.
I read the raws in Chinese. They use “她”, which is a female pronoun, to refer to Fred. In a future chap, she also refers to herself as “姐姐”, which basically means “older sister”.
