Well...the thing is you can't. There is no search system for users here in mangago as far as i know. However, if you like someone, from interacting here through topics/questions/mail/lists then just, go to their profile/home page(if you click on their user name/pic you'll be directed there). And follow them. Then they'll be on you follow list & you can see their activity on your timeline.
You can also google search "a particular user's name + mangago". That's also a way to find users here. But for that you have to know their username 1st.
yup.. there is not that kind of program.. so it will be difficult to contact other user ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
