i think the idea w this story is "what if animals can actually talk?" its just that when the human livestocks were treated "humanely," they don't seem to like it —the eggs getting taken away or the cow doesn't like the pity looks when he's milking or has the urges to breed
idk if im getting anywhere w this but im getting the idea... somehow
i really love this concept and storyline (definitely going to my 'read again' list) 8/10 —i just don't like the too much sex lol
original concept and it is definitely an anxiety-inducing story, i really love it but just like everybody else's thoughts— the sex is too much. Tho if u take out the sex from this plot, it wouldn't have progressed as u could see that most of Jun's memories are triggered is when they're "one" —this also play w the entity when they said that "they're strong together" or some sht like that.
real cool

this has been on my reading list since it first got recommended to me on twitter 2 or 3 yrs Go but i never had the motivation to read it. idk what pushed me to ginally read chap 1 but thank jonathan i did.
first off, this was an insaaaane read. its sooo well-written that i read it all in one sitting (took me almost half a day to finish) i got hooked upon the moment makoto started literally eating jonathan.
don't get me started on the world building and class system, yes, probably common or like has been done before, its just soooo... immersive and it pulls u (or maybe just me). each character and scenes is sooo well thought out that when the author's note came explaining certain stuff i went, "how did u even thought of that" the author's obviously high when working on this
i'll say tho that this would have people clutch their pearls and just walk out, the same way that this would have people clutching their seats anticipating the next scene
idek what to say anymore, i just really love this one
