In my opinion give them a try. i used to be skeptical for things that had an under 9.0 rating but after reading i realized it might not be someones thing but it is mine

Maybe cus I’m a picky reader, but I usually ignore people’s opinions unless I specifically asked for recommendations because there’s been times when I’ve heard bad things from stories and I finally get around to them and like them
Doesn’t mean they’re good, but I end up liking them.
