• Bonggchon Bride (korean historical piece, angst and fluff, cast shines) FINISHED
You know, sometimes I believe all one really needs is a beautifully written and drawn manwha, with the most precious fluff buff character to ever exist. Hands down, the lead's romantic interest, Bongchon, is literally impossible not t fall in love with. The story is imo as realistic and cute as it can get, and it shows the determination that this author had for it. Nothing felt rushed, and the story lines were finished neatly from start to end. The romantic side of the relationship is balanced neatly with the historical.

[Now this one is one of a million, never have I seen the main storyline in any other media. It's a well written and built world, with one of the most complex characters to read, the relationship and the artwork will really immerse you.]

this one is PACKED, it's long, complex, and the characters are so interesting respectively, and THERE'S A LOVE TRIANGLE oh god. I don't tend to recommend this one because of how long and confusing it is at times, but I think is a close match to what you are reading. Totally recommend, the protagonist is intelligent and has character, selfish as any human and determined to not die, even if it means using those who preach him love. Deffo a favorite.

Not really related to manga or manhuas but i really love the world hopping or qt genre of the bl novels. But i have almost covered all the novels of the genre on novelupdates and tbh original novels stress me out. So if any one of you can recommend good qt danmei or bl novel that is underrated or mtl or in raw with a free access i would glad to know
