I'm guessing you're on mobile, download a vpn app from the play/apple store, i personally use "VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy" or "tunnelbear"but i reccomend more the 1st one.
Then click on the app when its downloaded and choose a location, i reccomend either the uk, germany or us, and then just click the big 'connect' button.
After that refresh the mangago tab and you're set
