I love a lot of things from this recent development. We got to see more of how we're all stringed by the media that we feed on. We truly spend so much and depend on media a lot. Like, even the part where Jinyao was researching on how to 'give butterflies' it really shows how we easily believe the feeds that come to us. Well, that's just a sliver from the idea of 'media controls society' portrayed in this comic. Of course the XingYun thingy is the main focus, but just a little something that I came across. There's also He Lingwei's mom's works, and that just steels the fact once again, that those people up there can play us real easy when they want to.

And just like what I learn from Act Age, the entertainment industry is truly such a rocky road. People would be chewing you out, trying to find the right spot to just see you perish. Despite the ugly setting the entertainment industry is seen from, I can't help but feel awed by their mental fortitude. The amount of demand and expectation that could crush and change a person is truly no joke.
Also, the series of bad events that caused Yun and Jinyao to argue again is really just unfortunate, and when I see such a thing, where it really is by human nature to fuck up and they're knee-deep in trouble because of it, I can't helped but be enchanted. Not that I like it, but it fascinates me for how a series of bad events can make the most compatible people go against each other. I like it, although I hate fights and dramas.
This story is getting better and better, and I can't wait for more considering that Jinyao had confirmed his feelings to Yi yun. Was hoping that the fight trails after for 2-3 more chapters but eh, it's fine if they solve it early. Even if it felt quite underwhelming because of the comedic turn it took, but that's just my opinion based on my preferences.
