Hakkenden takes lot of time to clean because of how expressive most of the characters are and they have lot of inner monologue. Also, translator-Sama (We have few of them now) said the Kanji in Hakkenden are especially hard.. and few Science stuff (not too sure, I'm just a cleaner).
