Then I'll recommend TEN and Takara no Biidoro , in ten the mc knows how to stand up for himself and the ML that he ends up with is just like the mc , knows how to stand up for himself and is very protective and possessive of the main character , I love to prove his point , while with Takara no Biidoro, the main character is absolutely adorable and he knows how to stand up for himself when he's angry of course , but he's a bit of an oddball and a little dense when it comes to some situations lol but the ML doesn't want anything to do with him in the beginning but eventually starts to open up to the mc , to the point he'll start missing him when he's not near him long enough lmao, but I highly recommend these two

Although it's shounen ai I can recommend "Here U Are" - uke looks soft but is quite assertive and knows how to stand up for himself.

"Sign" has a small uke and big seme, but uke has a lot of personality and seme is a big softie.
