I’m looking for manga that have pregnancy as a part of them. It doesn’t need to be the main plot point such as in Positively Yours, though it can be.
Fine with yaoi or non-yaoi. I just want to read stories of happy couples having babies, in a mood lol.

I know that there are a lot like this, but the MC transmigrated into an otome game story I believe. There she was either a side character or a character who bullied the heroine. She changed and the ML fell for her. But the heroine is upset because it’s supposed to be a world for her. She has a small yellow bird that is like, light magic or something, that sacrifices itself for her.
I can’t remember anything else. Please help (=・ω・=)
