Most of what you asked is literally spoilers. Reducing a story down to what tags it fits in is just a strange way of reading. Plus you seem weirdly obsessed with the virginity status of characters that literally enjoy killing and torturing. Read it or not I don't care, but why ask how it ends and what major plot points are before you've even read one chapter.

Hes not a play boy,i don’t remember him being or using other women in this manwha so far and i thinks its first love to enemies to lovers to maybe enemies again to lovers since she also wants to hurt her husband aka male lead and i feel like she would be vey upset and betrayed when she finds out the male lead was the one who blinded and betrayed her. As for age i dont really know, i think he might be a few years older but not too much and for the virgin idk the manwha isnt really focused on her being a virgin.
