I'm not sure if he is the begger or not, because how can he knows many things about their childhood; so I don’t think he is the begger. And it could be that the childhood friend has some mental problem, he was living a fucking life only being obsessed with woojin, we can’t say he is normal!!! I’m sure he drugs him because he douse the believe in him and he wants to be sure that he will stay with him!!
But this is only my theory

I don’t know why everybody hate the uncle!!!! I think he was fantasti, he sacrificed his life for finding a cure!!! And he was a bit mean only because he was afraid to lose him. And him and the doctor are a perfect couple, I’m sure that after this accident everything will change!!!

While I don't think he's a horrible person, he was certainly not "a bit mean," he was abusive. He kept Hyeon-Jin confined as a child, was very obsessive and oppressive, and when Hyeon-Jin said to let him go, the uncle PUNCHED him in the face (that's what those bandages were, cuz they weren't there when he said to let him go) and locked him in the house. Literally had the locks changed to keep him there. So, while the uncle isn't a horrible human being and was doing all this out of concern for his nephew, his methods were completely inappropriate and he likely needs counselling and/or therapy, cuz there's clearly some deep-seated issues causing this behaviour.

Maybe you are right about it. But I think he was like that for what happened to his sister who died without finding a cure. So I think he was not perfect but a good uncle

I definitely agree about the cause, the death of his sister clearly messed him up a lot. So now that the situation has changed, I have high hopes for him and his nephew :)
