She can't. She used his blood in Overhaul's arc, and she used Ochaco's to fight the liberal army. Depending on the amount of blood she takes is the amount of time she has. She has just a few drops of Deku's blood, and about 2 litters of Ochaco. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Actually, some theories say that she may not need to drink more blood as she can merely focus on that person then you can freely use that power.

im kinda sadly about how sudden the ending was i love beastars so im sad to see it end but happy to the season 2 to the anime series! im going to miss it so much and i honestly finished crying :(((
