I want to find a manga that I read but don't remember the title, I believe it's a yaoi. The scene I remember is that the guy is a manga artist and the mom tells him to get a job so he goes to a job interview to just tell the mom he tried without any intent in actually getting the job. So when he goes to the job interview his the only one without a suit and tie and when they ask him a question he doesn't say a professional answer. But the other ML which was doing the interview got intrigued by him and hired him.
