i hated the rape. but the rest of the manga was pretty good. i really liked the main character (besides him raping his love interest……) like he has this front of being really confident and untouchable but really he’s super insecure and sad. LOVED the moment where his brother punched him in the face. i also really liked the whole thing about him being tall and masculine and the opposite of what his love interest wanted. like the angst is goodddd. and even at the end he doesn’t fully believe his love interest will stay with him, which i thought was super interesting. i kinda wish he realized that his bf would be with him forever but like… he’s basking in his happiness in the end which is fine for me.

this shit is INSANE and mamiya is suchhhh a freak tbh but i understand why hes like that and mamiya and sadas dynamic is really interesting and i wanna see more. i also love like.. the humorous interactions between them… like the moment where mamiya finds out sada is gay is funny. but i think the 8th chapter is really interesting too because it shows sada’s not completely “normal” like he doesnt crave romantic relationships just like how mamiya doesnt crave human connection. sada and mamiya’s circumstances are weird and crazy but i still like their interactions a lot

the manga is finished… idk how to feel like this was kind of crazy. like im not a huge fan of the problematic nature of this story… especially like the dubious consent and the whole context of mamiya being the only one sada can rely on… but like… it did make for a really interesting story. like its toxic (not in the okay way tho) and doomed yaoi. the end where sada is giving mamiya advice before he dies is really nice. and the pages where mamiya is scrambling around after sada’s death was SOOO well done i really loved that. the ending itself was really tragic but i really liked it and thought it was a fitting end for such a dark manga.

not a huge fan of the “straight man finds out his coworker is gay and falls in love with him” trope but i read bc i like this author and it was cute

kind of boring tbh? but sweet

this was so nice. it was a look into the different generations of gay men i think and how they express themselves. one of asada nemuis sweeter stories

at first i thought it was weird that the old guy knew the younger one when he was a kid and had feelings for him but with the twist it makes the manga kind of sweet

this story is the definition of “sometimes a man treats women so badly because his true soulmate is a man.” like. these guys are both so shallow they’re perfect for each other. also loved the background couple. wouldve loved to see the guys officially together tho

SUPER CUTE!! but the consent is kind of weird at times to me so thats why i gave it 4 stars.but besides that it’s very wholesome

really cute coming of age(?) story i think. theres kind of a miscommunication thing going on bc they think the other doesnt have feelings in the same way as they do, but then it’s satisfying when it all comes together in the end
