I love this manhwa so much! The plot, the characters, the flow, everything is so good! It may seem cliché at first since it follows the same old story, but the amount of love and hurt in this manhwa feels relatable and down-to-earth. It’s not overly focused on love, hate, or revenge, it’s simply about families who truly love and care for each other. I’m a bit scared for the future chapters, but for now, I can say it’s a great read especially if you like having your heartstrings tugged, lol.
Good thing Aileen isn’t a loli and actually looks like an appropriately aged character. I’ve been on edge since the first time she showed interest in Sejun, as she acted quite childish. Knowing how often “tsundere” characters are portrayed, I was worried she’d look like a kid, thankfully, she doesn’t. I’m so excited for the next chapters!
The seme is still an asshole for using and blackmailing the uke, but goddamn do I feel sorry for him. I experienced being friendzoned and used by a guy for the sake of getting closer to my cousin, quite a shitshow but he made me so happy that I felt like I'm in the clouds everytime I see him, but I realized that it's not love that I am feeling for him anymore and broke it off with him. Quite a stretch from what the seme is feeling but I kind of saw myself in his situation, how desperate he is just for the other person to notice and return his feelings. Better to forget that someone and value yourself first.

I read this way back in 2019 and reread it. After I read it, I cried way harder than I could imagine. The uke for the main couple suffered from attempted rape and was even marked without his consent and the uke for the second couple also suffered so much that he lost his memories from excessive intake of pills, like omg why do that to my poor heart. I was bawling so hard that I had to stop reading for every 15 mins just so I can see. It broke me when the uke from the second couple wanted love from his proper soulmate (the seme from the main couple), and when he couldn't receive it he just said fuck it and downed a ton of pills, good thing that the seme from the second couple realized his love for the uke and dealt with him properly. All in all, it's amazing and probably one of my fave manga. Although it is a sensitive genre with all the attempted rape and shit, it's still good as heck.

Btw, if Lucas ain't the endgame then I shall pass away now, I refuse to take any other man as Athy's baby daddy.
