Ohhh idk, maybeee because he was malnourished???? He and his mother were being shunned and sooo poor for their entire life. Also for the recent event that happens in his life? God forbid someone have a depression and having a weak condition after all those horrific event. We also didn't know if MC have kind of situation that making his body weak. Maybe there is some power that he will awaken in the future but his body rejecting it?
