Hate to break it to ya, but yours probably isn't coming back. Only things that were tagged and rated came back. I suggest you start rebuilding (probably on a new account just in case).
Also yes, I got my lists back, but they put everything in "already read" except for the things I tagged "promo"

so I did something stupid. I had this account under a different email acc but I changed it recently , and all my reading, wanna read and already read lists are gone!! can anyone help. what the fuck do i do!!? I can't change my email back yet, I have to wait!! I'm goanna cry
