so um its 4:41am for me, and i dont think its ok that this is the norm for me. i usually fall asleep around 6am everyday, and wake up at 2-3pm. im planning on staying up all night and not sleeping at all so ill be tired enough the fall asleep at a regular time tmr. i dont like coffee, so any tips on how to keep myself awake?
