In the past when mitsuki had trouble articulating herself she'd turn to music to help express her emotions. Mitsuki hasn't learned to communicate her feelings properly without music, so now that she's stepped away from what allowed her to channel her emotions, she's left aya singing their songs alone. I'm sure this conflict will get resolved eventually, with mitsuki picking up her guitar again and singing a song for aya like when mitsuki asked aya to be her friend after singing radiohead. I just hope that mitsuki eventually learns how to communicate without having to rely solely on music to get her feelings across
