Okay it's all decent right now. I'm not sure if I personally would be able to forgive the emperor for ANYTHING, but I think it really pissed me off for the guard to stop the best friend and steal his offering for the mother because the emperor said so AND demand answers. PLUS emperor TOOK PART IN THE CEREMONY LIKE WTF YOU'RE NOT WELCOME HERE. I understand that it's a new life and he's realizing that the emperor did alot of stuff for him, so he's letting his guard down, BUT in the other life the emperor only took care of him materialistically. NOT EVEN PHYSICALLY.
She seems like a bit of a doormat. It’s not her fault because she’s been conditioned by everyone around her to take care of him since she was young, but it’s still irritating. Why should she take responsibility for his reactions? Or why can’t she just seriously explain it to him I guess
