Im so bothered that the FL doesnt checked in with her brother who was also physically abuse by her father or did I missed it? Kinda disliking the FL a lil bit coz of it but ill still continue to read just because i wanna know the ending
...But she literally risked her life to travel to the vassals' region, just so if worse comes to the worse her brother and her fav maid can be saved.
Also, what is she supposed to do?? Izar and the OG FL weren't close, so anytime she gets close to him it's awkward and weird for them both.

Youre right. But in reality moving on quickly and just going back to doing silly things together just feels much better and less depressing (saying as someone who planned to console then changed plan last minute because that just made everyone happier)

I dont think the FL knew that her brother is being abused. At that time her focus is on the Duke getting slayed by the Ml.
The thing that I, personally, don't like is that abuse is being ignored over for everyone, because I don't think the FL and the brother are the only ones being abused physically (I don't believe he would stop with his children).
But there is a tendency for some families under abuse to ignore what's going on, either consciously or unconsciously, so that they can "go on" (and I say it in between quotes because really until there is something done the abuse keeps happening). I would like to think that's why the author went that way... but I am not holding my breath.
