Looking for a completed historical Korean romance manhwa.

The FL is a noble lady known for giving dating/love advice. The ML is a duke and knight who becomes buff with a beard after getting heartbroken. His mother asks the FL to help him move on, but he eventually falls for her instead. I also remember he loves a duck-themed storybook, and near the end it's revealed his mother is the author. There's also a scene where he makes the FL exercise with him.
