1. I didn't like the seme for manipulating the uke's emotions just to get his jollies, especially knowing the inferiority complex he already had
2. I didn't like the uke for not STANDING TF UP! Like, I get it; he has an issue with his self esteem, but letting him (seemingly) use you as a substitute is just...nope. He barely got any character development.
What's worse is that, if this were written better (and maybe a little longer), it actually could've been a tease for the viewers that eventually evolved into the uke standing up for himself. They could've let the seme have his deplorable fetish, have the uke eventually stand tf up, and they end mutually liking each other on equal ground.
I'm gonna keep reading it, but it mirrors the plot methods from Boy Meets Girl beat for beat, but without nearly as much depth or room for redemption. Dude drugged this man, changed his genetalia, SA'd him and then didn't even have the decency to take his life-altering change seriously. Worst of all is the seme's motivation for doing so being nothing but internalized homophobia.
Like, if you're in it just for the cvntboy smut, cool. But is it too much to ask for some consent and a decent (unique) story?
