Though I cannot recall the names (that's how bad they were for me) they usually turn another alpha without their consent. One i remember the plot device was pills in food and drinks. A different one they covered them in pheromones their entire lives growing up, then they became a recessive alpha/omega.

Yeeees, gods I am someone very competitive and I played a lot of sports and was soooo annoyed at that story. I'm telling you, my comments on that particular story literally say that i would've murdered ml before i fucked him again.
it's so annoying and so sexist (omegaverse says there are 6 sexes, i don't see any other -ist that could fit) every time I see the plot going - the omega just accepted their nature and won whatever little dream they had (cause most check that one ) and then just gave in to the alpha.

And on that one, the ml just using the pheromones without telling the omega felt like such a blow to the pride of the person, like you don't fucking know if in fact you truly had the ability to overtake you nature as you've been believing up till now, it would've messed me up so much

YEESSS that's legit what I was venting to my friend last week. You are a person before your sex, why would you the omega give up everything to an alpha who couldn't even give you the grace and space to live your own individual life? And why would you the alpha find it so hard to allow an omega to be their own damn person. UGH.

Anyways I don't quite remember the ones I read specifically but when I asked my friend he told me these two matches with the plot I asked about:

I am both in awe and terrified of the people who managed to finish these two, one made me violent towards my phone, the other gave me nightmares
