speaking of our MC... holy cow. this man has never played a romance game in his life, nor has he ever put any effort into strategy. that was just about the worst way to go about handling the situation he was put in. he treated everyone like characters until he remembered that, oh yeah, they have sentience and also can see and hear me yelling at my system window... bruh.

and what was with his utter lack of grind in things he supposedly cared about? like, no way he was supposed to reach mage tower ending with those criminally low stats. AND!! after placing so much importance on the system and his stats and everything, he just... disregards? says fuck it we ball AND PROPOSES AT 17?!?! what is this logic bro...

this manga was so good in the first half... and then it took a nosedive into an active volcano. so weird because i love honeytrap's other story, 'my guildmate next door', and that doesn't have any of the numerous issues this story did. sure, it isn't perfect, but god, it is LEAGUES better than tdtr. oh well. another manga to be shelved forever. sucks that this wasn't as good as it promised to be. （￣へ￣）
