There was this yaoi manga I read some time ago (more than a year) and the setting took place in an office. One of the main characters was either a manager or a section chief. He prided himself on being handsome. However he had a subordinate who was a programming developer and he had a very gloomy appearance. His hair was in his face all the time. He hung his head low. He didn't speak up. He wore glasses. One night the manager got drunk, passed out, and woke up in a hotel room where a really handsome guy was about to have sex with him. Turns out it was the subordinate and you find out that his attitude in the office was just an act and that he always wanted to trap the manager in a sexual situation.
So the manager is depicted as having light hair and is the uke. And the programmer is super handsome with dark hair, tall, great build, and is the seme.
