"...What we want is the freedom to live with dignity."

Sure bro. Until the townspeople actually have to come face-to-face with death everyday without a security blanket to fall back into. Humans can be way scarier creatures than monsters sometimes.

So Muhan and Jae-heon just happened to be sad victims caught up in the schemes of old dudes wanting power. Like always . Funny how the ones actually responsible for all this shit; jae-heon's dad and the village leader aren't getting punished for it instead.

At least in the present they finally find some happiness.

Forget abt the whole BL n romance aspect of this for a bit. If this was a shounen manhwa, i bet there would be a group of rabid fans thirsting over guwon like crazy. Especially the panels where he's covered in blood.

I get gyeongha just wants to take down guwon, but I don't think she thought abt how to deal with the aftermath.

Even dr lim told jinwoo that guwon is better alive cuz the he has the hounds under control. And like i the town is definitely gonna fall into chaos if guwon is gone... idk i'm worried lowkey hoping their plan doesn't work for the sake of everyone's lives
