I do not agree with those who dispute the author for too much presence of Yuki, Yuki changed the life of all those who surrounded him and his death is the starting point of this manga.
Like in a manga I lost my boyfriend in an accident (like this manga we grew up together...) and that after such an important loss it is true that you enter a vortex of sadness, regret and guilty.
Many years have passed, I have a new love and two small daughters. I’m happy and I live my life to the full but his thought has never, never abandoned me.... maybe it’s my personal experience but I think the « presence » and the « importance » of Yuki is simply natural.
I'm part of those and I get what you said about Yuki, but I think what people don't like is how he overshadows Uenoyama, at least that's what I don't like (sometimes I think the author just used Yuki to make uenoyama and mafuyu's story longer, yeah I may be pushing it ah ah).
I'm glad you overcame the sadness in the end and got to be happy ! ;D

Yes! he's back
Im so happy
