It was a bl manhwa and I cant recall that many details about it The mc and the guy have been friends since childhood(one of those that the mc saved/helped ml when kids so now ml never leaves his side yk) , and the ml doesn't befriend anyone else and ig mc's friends told him about how ml is kinda weird I believe this one time when drunk the guy kissed the mc and after that mc felt weird about being around him too much? And one day he was on his way and hears a child crying but when he gets to the kid he finds out its not human and ig it had a number too, and ever since wherever he went that weird creature followed him all while every day that number decreased by one And maybe mc was having nightmares, couldn't sleep and stuff while all kinds of things happened to him(ig whenever he was sleeping that creature would sit on top of him staring at him with its distorted face) Then when after keeping distance from ml for a long time he sees him and suddenly the creature vanishes?
