For new uploaders you may need to wait for an admin to approve your chapter which can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Your chapter may go through a period of being approved & unapproved multiple times before it stays up, this is pretty normal for new uploaders now so dw about it to much.
After you've uploaded more often you wont need to wait for the chapter to be approved anymore and it'll just upload immediately.
