that was sad and it made me feel depressed... first of all, haruka distances himself from shindou and china, because they got in a relationship, china then feels that something's amiss and that she terribly needs to fix whatever's going on, meanwhile shindou is very supportive of china. Haruka gets a girlfriend, and then China thinks he's doing something wrong because he don't even like the girl he's dating, and then when china gets ignored by haruka while he treats others normally, she spirals into a mess. Shindou comforts and tries to help china with her situation, he always validates her feelings and takes care of her.
uhhhh... well then we're brought to the revvelation thhat actually, the one china loves is haruka, while she lovves shindou
wow this is like, complicated... like super complicated shindou for the most part, is a great bf, he communicates properly, and handled their relationship healthily, he helped china understand what being in a relationship means. As his own character, Shindou's strength lies in his intelligence and in knowing what he wants, we've seen that in almost all of the chapters, particularly when he asked out China to go out with him, and in the last chapter when he says that he can't stand dating someone who can't give her whole heart to him. Haruka resonates with me somehow, like yeah I'd also distance myself if the girl i like who was my friend gets together with our mutual friend, but with the way he did in the situation, it was uhhh so wrong :'D but haruka was the type who never really shared his feelings, nor does he voice out his thoughts, he's very avoidant. China is filled with a lot of energy, and i think she's by far the most complicated character. Throughout the story, she's like a baby who is learning step by step, little by little, how human relations and feelings can both be complex and straightforward, and china represents both ideas. She's complex when it comes to dealing with other characters, like in the beginning of her relationship with shindou, when she's feeling jealous of him interacting with other girls and how other girls behave towards him.
guh final thoughts i think i need someone like shindou, china girl if u dont want him give him to me cuh
She doesn't really end up with anyone. So if you're going to read it, chances are you'll end up unsatisfied because your ship didn't happen. Unless you like these type of stories, then I'm sure you'll enjoy it

The very last panel shows she ended up with Shindou--they are dressed as adults and her hair is longer again. I assume that's the meaning.
wasted my time, now i feel like crying.... *sniff sniff* I knew i shouldn't have read it... even if i like reading there should be a limit... Don't read this sh*t for all those with a sensitive heart WARNING: Do Not Read this manga.. Waste of time *Sniff* Now I Can't Get Back The Time I Wasted
For dog sake, this one was a realistic story! It was so beautiful, and she grow so much! Life not always go with our desires... and China learnt that! This is so real, the development of their relationships was so great! Maybe all the people who writed negative comments just wanted to read an estereotypical shoujo manga... I dont really know. But to the extend to say this was a waste? Oh, c'mon! Not always we need to end with someone. This was more like a story about growing up and understanding oneself. So, go ahead and read it! Don't limit yourself to the typical irreal romance of the classic shoujo!

She lives happily ever after and becomes a lesbian and starts hating men for the rest of her life.
