Honestly Wilhelm and Dorothea were the best couple in this manga!! THEIR RELATIONSHIP IS TO DIE FOR?! The way he treats her and the way she's in love with him!! THE SUBTLETIES OF THEIR LOVE AND THE WAY THEY EXPRESS IT AND THEIR WHOLE FAMILY!!!! AND THE WAY HE'S AN AMAZING FATHER AS WELL AS A HUSBAND!!

Perfect! I really like the story it’s nothing that feels like getting unnaturally filled with drama. I love how the characters really live ther own personality through and through. It’s just great - but I have to say poor Colin... my heart ached nearly every scene they let him behind and he never complained such sweet boy. Also give me a man like Wilhelm - them both are the loveliest couple in the whole story. I love how he treats his wife so naturally romantic like a real gentleman.
I still love this Manga. I remember reading this as a teenager and coming back now as a 22 year old adult i can see how much beauty is truly shown in this manga. The art, the plot, the characters/ character development and the relationships. It's all done in a way that is so beautiful and unique. It captures the ups and downs of trying to love within in a society that tells you ''you can't love this person because of their status.''. It's worth the read just in case anyone is on the fence!
Back when I was a teenager, I watch the anime.. I loved it and always wanted to read the manga. I’m glad I did today, it helps with my current assignment too. I enjoyed everything about it it’s such a gem!
