I mean, let alone that the father should have 'dealt' with her, but Mizuchi AND the entire staff are going to ignore it? It's not like beating someone up because they hurt your feels, she could have easily killed him that way. And we are supposed to ignore that?

That part is a really big flaw for this manga, otherwise I would gladly come back to read this again or recommend it.
