I'm sorry Sensei, but for a tenth Manga...this svcks arses. And sadly not literally. This was a boring, uninteresting, irritating, overflowing trashbin full of the most disagreeable stereotypes... I can say so little positive. Even concerning the Art. But since I know Sensei for quite some time, I already knew I disliked it so that wasn't actually a big issue. Still quite ugly in my eyes. I will give you credits where it's due; The character(only superficial and not developed at all, seems like Sensei have no ideas of what's actually interesting) of Nozomi was a type that is a bit less often integrated into the Yaoi Universe, therefore it was heartwarming and refreshing to read the very little parts about her(and I always had a sweet spot for kiddies in Mangas that are not about them or directed at them, so even if cute lil'Tsubame was also disappointingly not fleshed out at all, it was a good addition for me). At that I'll add SOME PARTS of Chika's character traits that were interestingly putting dimension and a bit of a more realistic feel to the tiresome stereotypical Uke. Still annoying and no depth in his character tho, like all the others...but there was an attempt. A waste of time in my opinion. Won't reread. On the other side, teenage girls seem to like it. More directed at kids and less experienced people, I suppose. ┑(￣▽￣)┍ Cheers~
If only there were more ukes like you in bl mangas. Usually if the story involves a 'straight' guy and a gay guy, the gay is always the feminine, girly or flirty or even the slutty one. Nothing wrong with being those things of course, but its really refreshing for me to read about characters that I can actually relate to.
such a hot couple haha,i too perfer his hair down,but ah well Chika san was still hot hehe,also i feel the trans with oozaki kun an child could be a spin off,an the other two taller guys,cause that guy def had something for the lighter haired dude hehe
I always find this kind of story heartwarming. I've ever lived in a dorm house before, so I know how it feels like to live with many people with different backgrounds. It takes time to get along (I needed more than a year to get along with the others in the dorm), but it can be actually really fun, especially when you have a landlady as caring as Harue-san! (▰˘◡˘▰)
Chika-san is actually as caring as his grandmother, so his reason to act cold in the beginning is actually regarding the future of the house, despite his wish to keep the house as it is. Of course he can't keep the cold act if he actually loves the house and never hates the tenants, right?
Well, it's my personal opinion, but I actually wish Nozomi-san was a woman, at least to give something different in that house. But it would probably become awkward if he was the only woman, not to mention with his face being that beautiful... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
The idea of the story may not be new, but I actually like the development of the story. It's indeed weird that all of the tenants never really thinks of trying to find a new place to live, but that's probably because they've thought the place as their own home, so the idea of finding a new place somehow always slips their minds! (⌒▽⌒)
At the first chapter,im really wondering who's the seme/uke and i really thought that the uke is kei seme is chika but that scene...oh well :) coz of the hairstyle. I' ve alreay have a hunch that nozomi is a man.(≧∀≦)

I enjoyed this a lot from the first to the last chapter! The dialogues and the way they act are natural imo and the story was easy to follow~ ^^
Chika-san is so haaaawt (not to mention he can cook, is kind, and have a sweet smile) so I completely understand Kuraya-kun's fascination towards him.
