Hisoka backstory if anyone is interested. It was created by mangaka Sui Ishida a couple of years ago and (I think) Yoshihiro Togashi confirmed it as canon.
Hisoka definitely knows he's just not bothered by him and hisoka doesn't get the thrill to kill him unlike the spiders so that's probably why he just walked away
At the earlier eps, it was already mentioned that he's 12. After passing the hunter exam, and another year of Killua's exam due to his brothers interruption, Gon could've been atleast 14/15. But in this episode, with his date with the weird lady with knives, narrator says he's 12???? Whut????
i first watch this when i was 10 around 2014 think of it as kid show and watch the anime again with more seriousness as an adult now and probably even me pushing 30 won't be able to know this whole story arc will be even on dark continent one
