I don't get the story. Why does the uke slept with the manager? It would have been better if the uke didn't slept with the manager and the seme's father touching the uke. I'm kinda irritated at the uke for letting them do that to him.
Because as the manga says he has a father complex and mistook his seeing the manager as a father figure as sexual atraction, the semes father was simply compforting the man by touching it means hands on shoulders haha. Though i would have preffered fpr the uke and seme to only sleep with each other. Also if your irritated at the uke you should be irritated at the seme as he also has sex but more to try and make the uke jelous and trying to ignite emotions that people block if they think they will be hurt and betrayed which is somthing playboys are notorious for and the seme is a playboy.
The dad said Tetsu misunderstood the relationship between him and the uke but he definitely touched him in a sexual manner. Even the uke recalled that moment the same way. The dad would alright if the mangaka had not added that disturbing moment to the story.
