Though this manga is cute and sweet, it's not sugarcoated. The greatest, well loved wizard died, (compared to the usual "the girl has something special, better than the rest one way or another") the girl is really just as she is, no super duper undiscovered powers and stuff... Too bad, because the story succeeded in making me charmed by the wizard... It could've been so much nicer if he lived and came back.
Why does it have to end??? It was so captivating that I finished it in a day! The story was kind of sad too, why did the previous master died? So sad T-T
I know the anther never really explained it besides saying that he was ran over by a carriage or killed by that evil guy, but I have a hard time believing that the best wizard around could be killed like that.
He got ran over by that carriage. Despite him being the famous master wizard, he is still a child and all he wanted was to see his mother, just a child would do to meet their parents after being separated for a long time. A child can die by getting ran over easily.
