I first read this like 6 years ago so I reread bc I remember liking it- but holy cow is this the worst. The blatant misogyny, constant sa jokes, and every now and then a pedo joke. Plus all the characters are minors??? Disgusting

Y'all Mangas are suppossed to be selling dreams not nightmares. I guess they had a happy ending in the end but like at what cost? Her Mom tolerated the nonsense and their kids had to suffer and pay his stupid debts while she herself got hospitalized and she still be like, "But I still love him though,"
And I ain't even surprised the same mentality transfered to her Momoko like osmosis. Ranmaru was outta pocket for breaking up and choosing Rio. That should have ended but ph no let's write a book so "the feelings" can reach to him. Nah that shit was wack!

And another thing, One thing that was very cringeworthy was the exploitation of Ranmaru. I may not like what he did to Momoko later but when he was young, Dude was exploited. They had him pose semi nude/naked and making play very mature roles. Dude was like 16-17. And all those older women trying to sleep with him even though, they know dang well dude's still in HS. He was unprotected. And we have a similar example of this in the Real World, aka Britney Spears. I read this when I was young so this shit looked cute but man, did it not age well...
