If you're talking about whether the Eastern King, Tenran, knew that "Asagi" did with someone else, then maybe, maybe not. They didn't address it after fixing the whole ordeal. It really shouldn't matter anyways because it wasn't really Asagi tbh. So, it's not cheating, imo, and I usually absolutely despise cheating. I think Asagi gets a pass for not dying out on Tenran.
I stop reading it on chap. 13 & will never going back. I REALLY HATE MARTHA, I mean have your dignity woman, he already has someone, know your place. To the author, this manga is great except that Martha character, she really ruins the story.
"the world is divided into four continents and was ruled by four powerful demon kings".... sound like "koori no"hmmm...i think the art work got better in the end..it looks like fushigi yuugi..
