Oh dear sasaki. I hope you have your own series in future... uhuhuh

breaks my heart poor sweet Sasaki should have made your move sooner before he met Hiroki, hope they can be friends once he is over his love for Satoru. Kinda felt sorry for Juseye less so if he had succeeded good job Hiroki is stronger than he looks once he kicked him away I think he came to his senses and I'm glad he didn't take advantage of him when he was drunk up till then he was a total dick even if he had had his heart broken by Hiroki it was his own choice to go to the US.

What about my Sasaki?

It's completed but it doesn't feel finished. Something was left hanging.

I can't explain it very well but there is something special, tender, pure, heart touching and warm about older manga. It feels completely different from the newest manga even with the same plot. All the 90ies and early 2000+ make me feel it~
I'm glad I found this touching and warm manga. A very BIG Thank You to the scanlators NAKAMA!!!
Tbh I miss something like extra

I like to think that secrecy is the fact you can't tell who's who? Or maybe the fact that they're both...its very ambiguous. I kinda wanted more of their life together and that ex boyfriend was annoying.

A Simple Reader May 1, 2017 4:27 am

I know that the terms "uke" and "seme" are important titles to describe which character is which, but could we throw out the labels and just appreciate that it's a simple to goodness love story? It's more of a slice of life kind of story, rather than a "get my emotions running" kind of story. Don't worry about who's who and just appreciate it for what it is.

Maybe this will explain: All stories require the reader to identify with a protagonist character. In the case of Yaoi and shounen ai, because it is written for women, it is often the uke, or female role, that is most identified with. When the identifiable character is ambiguous, particularly for staunch fans of the Yaoi genre, the reader is left feeling disconnected from the story. Basically, it becomes a matter of the reader being mismatched with the genre. This makes the story less enjoyable for those readers.

But that's not always the case. A story that requires the protagonist to be identified with as part of the target group, then the story is lazily written (as is often the case in yaoi).

I'll label the characters as seme and uke as much as I want. I'm not the type to remember names I'm not familiar with in the first place so please fuck off. In shoujo, I always refer them as the guy, girl, side guy etc but is that a bad thing? Would you have something to complain? I think not.

So I'm not the only who's confused as to who is the uke and the seme .....or they are a reversible couple.

it has many positive comments so i read it.. i'm disappointed..

what the hell is wrong with the uke? i mean, it's cliche plot that uke loves someone then meet seme.. but i just cant feel love from him..

uke is very selfish and self-centered... i don't like him one bit.. at the first chapters.. i kept cursing how stupid the seme is to actually dedicate himself with that kind of lover.. till the end, i never liked the uke...relationship is give and take.. but uke just receive and receive..

it's a positive ending but not much for the plot... too generic..

btw, i assumed Sato is the seme
